1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat to 175°C (350°F).
2. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together:
- Almond flour
- Coconut flour
- Baking powder
- Salt
3. Mix Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine:
- Greek yogurt
- Honey (if using)
- Vanilla extract
Mix until smooth and creamy.
4. Combine
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
Stir gently until a thick, smooth batter forms. Avoid overmixing.
5. Prepare the Pan
Grease or line a small cake or loaf pan.
6. Bake
Pour in the batter and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool & Serve
Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a rack.
Top with almonds or coconut flakes before serving.
