1. Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and mozzarella until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Scoop small portions and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
2. Set Up Coating Station
- Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
3. Coat the Balls
- Roll each frozen ball in flour.
- Dip into egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- For extra crunch, repeat the egg and breadcrumb step.
4. Fry
- Heat oil to 175°C (350°F).
- Fry a few balls at a time for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
5. Serve
- Serve warm with sauces like marinara, ranch, or spicy mayo.
- Optional: garnish with parsley or grated Parmesan.
