Creamy Fried Bombs

1. Prepare the Filling

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese and mozzarella until smooth.
  • Add garlic powder, paprika, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Scoop small portions and roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

2. Set Up Coating Station

  • Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.

3. Coat the Balls

  • Roll each frozen ball in flour.
  • Dip into egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • For extra crunch, repeat the egg and breadcrumb step.

4. Fry

  • Heat oil to 175°C (350°F).
  • Fry a few balls at a time for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove and drain on paper towels.

5. Serve

  • Serve warm with sauces like marinara, ranch, or spicy mayo.
  • Optional: garnish with parsley or grated Parmesan.
