For the Filling

  • 1 cup (200 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (50 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup (40 g) finely chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Coating

  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs (panko recommended)

For Frying

  • Vegetable or sunflower oil (for deep frying)
