1. Prepare the mash
- Peel, cube, and boil sweet potatoes until soft
- Drain and mash until smooth
- Mix in butter, milk, salt, and pepper
- Set aside to cool slightly
2. Cook the filling
- Sauté ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked
- Break it into small pieces while cooking
- Drain excess fat
- Let it cool slightly
➡️ Then mix with:
- Parsley
- Parmesan
- Breadcrumbs
3. Assemble the roll
- Lay plastic wrap or a clean towel on your surface
- Spread mashed sweet potatoes into a rectangle layer
- Add the meat mixture evenly on top
4. Roll it
- Carefully roll it into a tight log (like a Swiss roll)
- Use the wrap/towel to help shape it
5. Bake
- Transfer to a baking dish
- Optional: add extra cheese on top
- Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes
6. Rest & serve
- Let it rest for a few minutes
- Slice and serve
