1. Activate the Yeast
In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2. Make the Dough
Add eggs and melted butter. Gradually mix in flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead
Knead on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. First Rise
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled.
5. Prepare Filling
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Chop walnuts.
6. Roll & Fill
Roll dough into a large rectangle (about 30×40 cm).
Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar and walnuts evenly.
7. Shape Rolls
Roll tightly into a log. Cut into 9–12 rolls using a knife or dental floss.
8. Second Rise
Place in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
9. Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
