- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a skillet.
- Fry potatoes in batches for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. Garnish and Serve
- Sprinkle with parsley, Parmesan, or lemon juice if desired.
- Serve hot with dips like ketchup, aioli, or ranch.
