20L Scones Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30 cups flour

  • 30 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 litres inkomazi

  • 10 eggs (2 for brushing)

  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 5 cups sugar (you can add or reduce as desired)

  • 3 × 500 g butter

  • 2 tablespoons essence of your choice
